Hi, I’m Nici! Welcome to my website! Following a distinguished career in recruitment, I have worked as a Senior EA, PA and Office Manager for the past 30 + years. Using the skills I have developed, it is time to use my expertise to help people manage and grow their own businesses.
I am a master at working autonomously, am proactive and have the ability to think on my feet. I take your brief and action it - problem solving and whatever else is needed to complete tasks without bothering my client unnecessarily. I have a positive can-do attitude, and am professional, personable, efficient, organised, dependable and trustworthy - (I think I just made myself sound like man’s best friend!).
I started my PA career in the Accountancy world progressing to a start up in direct marketing/mail (I learnt, grew and worked autonomously) adding Office Manager and a plethora of other skills required in the organic growth of the role. Moving to Ireland led to a variety of permanent and contract roles allowing me to add to my skillset and knowledge base. I embraced more supervisory/leadership roles mentoring from 1 to 10 staff, growing a happy team environment and managing issues and workloads, being hands on.
My career naturally progressed to the role of EA and ultimately Senior EA. I discovered in the smaller growing businesses many of the EA roles came with Office Management responsibilities and I found myself tapping back into those skills, finding office space, office moves, office fit-outs and design, facilities, healthy & safety, negotiations etc.
My career path has led me to work in corporate, start up (my passion), legal, medical, financial services, banking, insurance, Tech, FMCG and has really allowed me to learn and grow. As with all EAs a master juggler, organiser and manager of the executives life and time. I have managed, supervised, led, mentored, administered and supported, been available at all times, travelled and become friends with many of those I have supported along the way.
Why I have taken the Leap
Why not? I have the skills, confidence, knowledge and experience to grow a phenomenal business working with Executives who need more time. I am hugely thankful and grateful to have learnt so much from working closely with many exceptional executives along the way and feel I certainly have what it takes to do what I enjoy whilst building my own company and helping entrepreneurs and other executives grow theirs.
The Process
Let's chat ? a call to discuss your business and establish where you need to focus your time and what is taking you away from that focus. This call will allow us to work together to bring you the support you need and tailor a suitable package.
At all times I will communicate with you and provide valuable support (communication is key). My hourly rate starts at £40 (packages available), remember you are only paying for what you need with no overheads. I am here to take away the stress, wasted time and worry. We can discuss everything on the call. Flexibility is the key.
